Today I share with everyone paypal accounts checker lastest 2020 with new api, this is not a checker app but a config for OpenBullet, to run it you need to download OpenBullet before to use it, if you can't find compatible version I recommend using Silver Bullet
This config still works with public proxies but the speed will be very slow, for good check speed you should use HQ proxy.
